Basement Solutions Earns STAR Award

In February 2016, 18 BHA member companies earned the prestigious consumer-rated STAR Award. To earn this award, BHA members must receive at least 20 customer satisfaction reports with an overall score of 3.5 or higher (on a 5-point scale) on each report. Most of these companies receive far more than 20 positive reviews a year. Companies that earn the STAR Award have excellence , professionalism, and a focus on customer service built into their business models.

The Star Award is awarded by the Basement Health Association to acknowledge these businesses for their honesty, integrity and quality of work. The Star Award winners and leaders and examples to the rest of the waterproofing and structural repair industry.
